天海科技廣場位于北京市朝陽區天盈北路9號，五方橋東南角，是北京下一個創意園區聚集地“黃廠路”的代表項目，前身是北京天海工業園，由北京民通基業策劃改造運營，民通基業是北京早的文化園區改造先驅企業，在北京有多個成熟園區項目。天海科技廣場總建筑面積58000平方，園區綠化率達到60%，基本都是以獨棟辦公為主，從300㎡-20000㎡企業辦公獨棟為主，是追求獨立、多氧，創意辦公空間企業的選擇，園區24小保安巡邏，公共區域360度無死角的安全監控系統，保證入駐企業安全放心辦公使用。

Tianhai Technology Plaza is located at No. 9 Tianying North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, at the southeast corner of Wufang Bridge.
